Just normal mood turn to bloody angry Damn coz of some ppl wording.
How to calm down? If I playing badminton right now, sure using racket to hits the floor hardly.. make sure the racket spoil till cant use it anymore!

Try the basic way, write it down all anger stuffs u got as many as u could, and also what/who made u to get that, just write it on a piece of paper with pencil (must be pencil), and don't just throw it away but burn it when you have finished.
After all, is it really worth to get yourself so angry by those people u're pissing-off with ? Take care..
