Manager remind me to submit the confirmation review document. But I really do not know what I can fill up for key achievement.
Already few days for delay to submit for my manager. Well, maybe the main problem is, I also do not know what I want, what i want to achieve in my carrier path. All manager also "big head" for me :p

Sit back and relax yourself otherwise u won't be able think of any. It's time for you to think - what u wanna to in mind. Just imagine u're standing on an open field and looking at the 'object' u like but quite a distance from u, and u're trying figure out how u gonna to get there nearer by nearer... that's a 'vision' for u.
Of course, don't go for big big stuffs if you head is not that big.. got it now ?
