Hate the feeling

Feel not well.

Just feel dun wan to face the office computer anymore.

Feeling want to vomit.

Feeling shoulder pain.

Too stress? Or not enof rest?

Hate this kind of feeling~

Perhaps u already have over focus on your works recently and u might get the tension feeling unintentionally. That's ok but u must also know how to readjust it back to comfort level after busy day of work, not only physically but mentally relax as well.

Try it out and u will feel much better then.. take care :-)
